- Clinical course: Incidental finding of X-ray abnormality in the right forearm. Bone biopsy of the radius suggested chronic osteomyelitis.
Comment: Hot spots of ribs have nothing to do with the diagnosis of this patient.
What's your interpretation?
- Age/Sex: 50/female
- Chief Complaint: excessive vaginal bleeding
- Menstrual bleeding continued for >3 weeks.
- MRI study that was performed 1 year ago showed no abnormality.

- CA125 58H, SCC 0.8, urine hCG-CTP 560,000 H
- Cytology of smear tests
- Vaginal portion, Class II; Endometrium, Class I
