　ウエルニッケ脳症、Wernicke's encephalopathy

• 画像所見
  • bilateral symmetrical lesions in mammilary bodies, basal ganglia, periaqueductal, floor of 3rd. ventricle
• ポイント
  • 白血病の治療中に発症した一例
  • 激しい嘔吐を繰り返し、ビタミンＢ１吸収障害を起こしたと考えられる
  • ビタミンＢ１大量投与により速やかな症状の改善が認められた
